BREN Esports swept 3-0 by Alter Ego in ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League

CMD368 – BREN Esports has finished second in the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational. The last remaining team from the Philippines was defeated by Alter Ego in the grand finals and it was a bit of a beating.

The MPL-PH Season 6 champions were unable to take a single game in the best-of-five series against the MPL-ID grand finalists. The first two games were relatively blowouts as Alter Ego’s Celiboy dominated the competition as Brody, earning himself the MVP title. Across their undefeated MPLI run, Celiboy finished with 69 kills, 21 deaths, and 74 assists.

LEOMURPHYY was the star for Alter Ego as Jawheard, throwing BREN’s own star off course as KarlTzy was unable to dig his team out the hole that saw them wiped three times in under 7 minutes.

He’d eventually battle back with a three player takedown, however, it wouldn’t be enough as Alter Ego’s Udil would do everything needed as Pharsa to disrupt BREN’s hopes and dreams. Udil would finish with four kills, one death, and a ridiculous 17 assists. BREN Esports will now turn their eyes to winning back-to-back The Nationals titles in the hopes of improving prior to the upcoming M2 World Championship.
